This vintage Navajo Sandcast sterling silver concho belt is incredibly heavy at just over 8 ounces; with 11 medallions on black leather base. Leather is soft & supple, and has a fabulous look that has a patina both in terms of the color but also a softness that comes from age. Incredibly high quality sandcast, we can't that stress enough. Holes at 31", 34", and 35" and enough presence to wear either low slung hippie style around the hips or more fitted at the waist. From the estate of a man who would travel to the southwest in the 1970s to source Native American jewelry and bring it back to Michigan; this belt was from his personal collection. Authentic, original hippie style.
