Shipping policy
DOMESTIC
We regularly ship within the United States via the USPS. Just choose your desired speed at checkout - we ship by either First Class Mail or Priority. Items over 1 lb are automatically shipped Priority.
INTERNATIONAL
We regularly ship internationally via USPS First Class International (is tracked until it leaves the USA) and USPS Priority International (is tracked all the way to your destination).
FEDEX & UPS
We're happy to ship via FedEx or UPS by request. Just convo us.
NOTES
We ship nearly every day Monday through Friday; we can see the USPS Ann Arbor Liberty street post office directly from our brick and mortar storefront.
If you order multiple items, calculated shipping will automatically combine the weights for a combined shipping price. If our quoted price is off by more than $3, we'll refund you any overage in your favor.
If you would like additional insurance, you may add through the checkout menu or convo us to adjust this manually.
CUSTOMS
Once the package is scanned as accepted by the USPS, we have no control over it. The Getup Vintage is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
The Getup Vintage is additionally not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, VAT, or any duty taxes imposed on buyer by their country of residence. Falsifying customs declaration forms in order to help a buyer avoid these taxes and fees is against the law; we could receive $10,000 USD in fees and spend up to 5 years in prison. WE WILL NOT BREAK THE LAW; PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO DO SO.
