1960s Vintage Mr. Dino Rare "Belted" Trompe L'oeil 2D Cartoon Tri-color Romper

Rare and very cool trompe l'oeil style "belted" romper by Mr. Dino ! Tag dates this item to the 1960s. Sleeveless with a straight cut, mock neckline, darts at the bust and colorblock details throughout. Insane! Zipper closure at the back, unlined.

Mr. Dino, whose actual name was Max Cohen, started the business in the late fifties. As he was starting this new business, he and his family sat around the dinner table thinking of names. Everyone put names in a hat. His wife came up with Mr. Dino because she was a great fan of Dean Martin.
