1970s Vintage Red Gingham Ruffle Sleeveless Dress

Perfect for a picnic, red gingham dress with ruffles at the shoulders, cinch tie at the waist, and flared skirt. Handmade in the 1970s by the original owner for her and her daughter, well-constructed with cotton backing. We have the big sister version of this dress, too!
