FIRST AND FOREMOST: Thank you for considering us to sell your vintage clothing! We truly appreciate the history of vintage clothing and would love to give your cherished goods a new life!
STEP 1: WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We sell vintage clothing, shoes, purses, jewelry, accessories, wall art, and home goods for everyone from the time periods of the 1900s through 1999. An item is considered vintage if it is at least 20 years or older. Our main demographic of customers is mostly 18 to 34 year olds who are environmentally conscious and are not afraid to take some fashion risks.
BUT… WHAT DO YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO BUY? We are ALWAYS looking for things that are INTERESTING and OLD and we love POP CULTURE and ROCK AND ROLL! We are looking for YOUTHFUL and FUN clothing, reflective of the counter-cultures of decades past. We want the bellbottoms you wore when you were going through your “hippie” phase! Or, the black leather studded jacket from when you were a punk rocker in 1977! Your mod dresses of the 60’s, sugary sweet 1950’s new look fit-and-flare dresses, and the wacky acid-wash denim of the 80’s. Think ICONIC, items that would cause you to reminisce and say “Remember when we wore that?!” Fashion is cyclical, so many of the things in your closet are relevant today!

ITEMS PURCHASED OUTRIGHT We want to give you cash on the spot for your great quality vintage items. We pay more for RARE and QUALITY pieces.
SELLBACKS Because we are buy/sell, every piece we consider we look at as if we are seeing it for the first time. If you have pieces that you purchased from us that no longer fit or did not work out for you, we do buy back most vintage we sell. However, we must again evaluate the item for designer, season, size, condition, and how long ago customers may have seen the item on the first go-round - so while we may want a great majority of pieces back, it is not a 100% guarantee.
WE DO NOT BUY SHEIN, H&M, Forever 21, ZARA, or ANY modern/fast fashion; business casual attire / business suiting; wedding / bridesmaids / dresses; formal military officer’s suits; formal dish sets, silverware, trinkets.
STEP 2: APPOINTMENT TYPES
1) SELLING AT OUR RETAIL STORE
YOU COME TO OUR NEW STORE TO SELL BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. If you have a SMALL amount of items that you are able to get in your car - a maximum of 2 suitcases / ikea bags / duffles, we can look at them at our retail store by appointment. Appointments are usually Monday through Friday mornings before the store opens. The buyers are not always on site, and retail staff may not look at clothes nor hold them. Bring items folded in a reusable container that we can return to you. NO trash bags and NO items on hangers, please.
2) WE COME TO YOUR LOCATION
WE PREFER TO COME TO YOU SO YOU DON’T HAVE TO PICK AND CHOOSE. Do you have A LOT OF STUFF? Like… a lot A LOT? Or even a full closet? Multiple closets? A whole house, barn, attic that hasn’t been touched in a while? If that’s the case, our buyers come to you! We can do all sorts of visits - big and small!
Whether you are downsizing, moving, a loved one has passed, there’s a hoarding scenario, or you’re a collector - we treat all situations with respect. We’re happy to come for just a pile of clothes in your living room. But, we’re used to all kinds of spaces, and we’re not afraid to dig. We regularly travel to procure the best vintage clothing possible.
How to present the items at your location totally depends on whatever you’re comfortable with. It’s fine to leave it where it is, but if you’d rather display it and put it on a rack, that’s just fine with us too!
STEP 3: HOW TO BOOK
SIGN UP ON OUR WAITLIST FOR AN APPOINTMENT:
Follow the prompts below to let us know your preference for an appointment, either at our store or off site at your home. In store appointments are divided by item type. You may sign up for multiple item types / appointments at checkout.
Once you get to the calendar, it will say “no appointments available in the next 30 days - join the waitlist”. To be clear, EVERYONE joins the waitlist. Due to overwhelming demand, we will be pulling from the waitlist until all current waitlisters are cleared!
Finally, we’re happy to yay / nay items prior to your appointment - simply email us a few pictures and we can tell you if we’d like to see it in person.
HEY!! I WAS ON YOUR OLD WAITLIST!? WHAT HAPPENED?!
We’re really sorry to say but on 8/28 we had a major technological snafu when we merged locations with our appointment provider - the old waitlist was deleted. We have recovered most of the names from our old system through a back channel and will be contacting those sellers first. BUT if you are reading this and this is indeed the case, send us an email or call and we will prioritize your selling appointment. Simply email us and let us know.
